Nevada State Railroad Museum Looking for ‘Lost Trades’

Carson City – The Nevada State Railroad Museum is planning an exhibition and a series of events to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the completion of the Transcontinental Railroad this year. Museum officials are looking for people to demonstrate agricultural ‘lost trades’ such as saddle making, blacksmithing, leatherworking, rawhide braiding, rope making, and more.
