Sagebrush Rider launched in early 2018 as the only media company exclusively focused on Nevada’s equestrian communities. The online company publishes news, feature stories, destination spotlights, personality profiles, events, and more. It’s guiding principle is all breeds, all disciplines, all Nevada.

“As a fairly new company, we are honored to be recognized by our peers in the equine media industry for our work,” says Samantha Szesciorka, Editor In Chief of Sagebrush Rider. “Nevada has incredible equestrians and we are so pleased to be able to tell their stories.”

Held since 1974, the American Horse Publications (AHP) annual awards contest offers members an opportunity to be recognized for excellence in a variety of equine media categories. This year’s competition for material published in 2018 drew 711 entries from 119 members.
